The idea behind the tutorial is to create the shortcuts, regarding the icons you may select any icon you like to represent the restart and the shutdown.

Please follow exactly the steps in my tutorials to find the default windows icons..

It’s not in shell32.dll or in moricons.dll; though shell32.dll has 2 copies of the shutdown and logoff icons.
